Blowing in The Wind
There were lots of outing options this beautiful Memorial Day Weekend. Breezy weather inspired the delightful opportunity to attend the Brandywine River Museum Antiques Show. It featured fine antiques including furniture, porcelain, glass, silver, prints and other objects exhibited by 32 nationally known dealers. The highlight of this year’s show was an exhibit of Antique American Weathervanes. The exhibit contained fine examples from private collections, and if it inspired a purchase, many of the dealers had fine weathervanes for sale. (click on photo to enlarge)
