Camille Gracie

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Camille and her husband Mike moved to Chester County, Pennsylvania in 1985 and now live on their preserved horse and crop farm in Kirkwood, PA. Life on the farm is shared with their team of carriage-driving horses, miniature donkeys, chickens, dogs, and barn cats—an environment that reflects Camille’s deep connection to rural living and the country properties she represents.

Their son Mike lives in Wilmington with his wife and daughter and serves as Account Director at Squatch Creative, a Chadds Ford-based agency. Their son Chris is a Thoroughbred Bloodstock Agent and operates Gracie Bloodstock from the family farm in Pennsylvania and from Middleburg, Virginia.

Rooted in her love of land, animals, and open space, Camille is at home at The Country Properties, where she focuses on preserving the rural lifestyle and representing some of the region’s most distinctive homes, farms, country estates, and equestrian properties.

Camille is a graduate and former faculty member of the University of Delaware. Alongside her real estate career, she spent many years designing and managing the construction of fine homes, restaurants, and corporate offices across Pennsylvania and Delaware. This background gives her sellers a powerful advantage in preparing and positioning their properties, and provides buyers with a designer’s eye for potential. Her extensive relationships within the design, construction, and renovation community translate into real-world value for her clients.

Known for her unwavering dedication, Camille is committed to exceptional client service. Her guiding motto, inspired by Eric Thomas, is: “Fall in love with the process and the results will come.”

She is licensed and active in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, specializing in luxury homes, equestrian real estate, country properties, first-time buyers and sellers, and private off-market transactions.
